Special Needs College, Education, and Resource Fair

This is a combination of the Transition Fair and the Special Needs Resource Fair which have been held in previous years.

The conference is for all teachers and guardians of students with 504 Plans and IEPs.

There will be sessions for;
transitioning beyond high school,
navigating the IEP and 504 Plan processes,
Person Centered Planning,
SSI/Medicaid,
Vocational Rehab,
Colleges,
Which classes to take in high school,
Special Education Law,
Decreasing Homework stress, 
Estate planning
