Sellers: How Does Your Front Door Look?

In our wonderful Southern culture, our house guests more frequently come to our back doors.  After all, we're all family, right?  However, when a prospective buyer is coming to look at your house -  don't forget that they will be standing...waiting...and staring at your FRONT door while their Agent takes a moment to retrieve the key and open the door.  When was the last time you saw your front door?  If it's been a while - go take a look!

Your front entrance is a prime spot to make a great first impression on a prospective buyer.  So, brush off that pollen and those cobwebs and set out some flowers or a new doormat.  Even a quick coat of paint can do wonders.  It'll only take a few minutes and it won't cost you much money, either.
