The Glenn Chancel Choir, directed by Dr. Steven Darsey, presents a free concert
“Cries for Mercy: Kyries of Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven,” on Sunday,
March 30, 7:00 PM in the sanctuary of Glenn Memorial United Methodist
Church, on the Emory campus. The
Vega String Quartet, members of the ASO, and Timothy Albrecht, will
accompany. Dr. Albert Blackwell will provide commentary on theological
characteristics of Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven; soloists are Alexis
Lundy, Cynthia Shepherd, Timothy Miller, and Stephen Ozcomert. Free
parking in the nearby Fishburne deck.
