Now that DST is here, I just want to express my annoyance at those drivers who think they should ALWAYS have their headlights set on high beam and should always have their foglights on. Isn't having bright headlights on while following another driver illegal in Georgia? Regardless of its legality or illegality, common courtesy dictates turning headlights off high beam when following another driver.
