Winter is the perfect time to plan your spring garden and DeKalb County Cooperative Extension wants to help by offering locally grown plants at their annual plant sale. So take a walk around your yard and envision where you could place some delicious blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or maybe some orange, yellow, white, or pink native azaleas, viburnums or gardenias. Orders must be placed by March 10, and the pickup date is on Saturday, March 22 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the DeKalb County Cooperative Extension Office. For more information, visit www.caes.uga.edu/extension/dekalb or call 404-298-4080.
