handicapped parking

It really irritates me to see people parking in handicapped parking spaces who do not have a handicapped license plate or parking permit. Come on, people. This is a violation of Georgia law and is punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500. This applies to all parking spaces, even in the many apartment, condominium, and townhome communities. Violations may be reported to the DeKalb County Police Department at (678) 937-2852.
