If you can hear corks are popping off all over the state capital, the champagne is supplied by the corrupt DeKalb county commissioners. As i said in February their was a hidden agenda from the State House DeKalb Delegation. They were going to bury the citihood bills all together. If you spent time, energy, and Money to push your areas towards citihood, I'd suggest sending a clear message to those State House Delegates that have opponents, we CAN and WILL REPLACE YOU.
