does that have to be paid every time a person buys a used car?//
if so, it could be a HUGE increase over what a person pays now.
my own 2005 car seems to be taxed about 1% a year.//
if a person pays the new 6% tax, well you can see where this is going..//
did we get stuck with a giant tax increase?
