The homes on the 2014 Dunwoody Home Tour represent the evolving needs and tastes of homeowners at different life passages, the club says. These include a gentleman’s handsome “smart home,” fully computerized with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology; a stunning condominium at Sterling of Dunwoody, the result of a major downsizing; “Serenity,” an estate home updated by a former Californian; and two classic Dunwoody houses recently renovated to accommodate the life cycles of two active families.
