We hope you all had a great holiday weekend, full of as little labor as possible!
Now that you’re getting back into the swing of things, we hope you’ll join us at the Tucker Farmers Market and make us a big part of your school year grocery shopping routine. We want to keep up enthusiasm because we have an exciting announcement to make!
The Tucker Farmers Market is extending our season! Our last market for the year will be December 13, 2012.
We had planned to market only through October, but we thought all of you might enjoy making the Tucker Farmers Market part of your holiday shopping!
Nothing fills out a Thanksgiving table like a whole chicken from Ancient Path Farms or a Christmas morning breakfast with Pine Street Market sausage and bacon. And our farmers will still have lots of beautiful and tasty produce through fall. Plus, don’t forget to plan stocking stuffers with jams from Saucy Spirits, teas from Serendipitea, spices from Seasonest, soaps from Naturally For You, and so on! (We’ll keep reminding you, don’t worry!)
As for this week, we have a new vendor joining us. Sunshine Farms will bring tomatoes, tomatoes, tomatoes, and more! Plus, one of your very favorites returns for a limited time: Pearson Farms will be there with pecans and peach wood chips. We are the only market who will have these great Pearson Farm items!

In the Community Booth, you'll find our friend R4G (Racing4Grace) from St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Tucker. They will be signing up folks for their 5k/10k Walk/Run, which happens on Sept. 29 at 8 a.m.
Plan out your shopping list for the whole week with our Vendor Roster!
We really hope to see you there today, Thursday, Sept. 6, from 4-8 p.m., in the parking lot at 2333 Main Street!
