We are purveyors of premium quality single varietal and blended extra virgin olive oils, vinegars, gourmet salts, spices and culinary serving accessories. Evansdale Elementary Eagle TrekWalk-a-Thon
The Tucker Farmers Market is pleased to welcome the Evansdale Elementary Eagle Trek Walk-a-Thon. Stop by the next two Thursdays, Sept. 12 and Sept. 19, to find out how you can help them reach their fundraising goal of $65,000!
Eagle Trek is a walk-a-thon at Evansdale Elementary, on October 3, 2013. All students are participating and have pledged to walk for thirty minutes. With your help, every minute and every step will raise money to improve our school and learning experience for every Evansdale student.
All donations are 100% tax deductible. Checks may be made out to Evansdale Education Foundation.
Proceeds for this fundraiser will go to provide teacher training, classroom resources, enrichment programs and materials, additional staffing not provided by the county, as well as numerous events and programs to enrich and engage the Evansdale community. The event benefits the Evansdale Foundation and the Evansdale PTA, two organizations managed by school parent volunteers and dedicated to making our goals a reality.
Perhaps the best part is that we keep more of the money you pledge right here at the school. The PTA has done a great job with catalog sales in previous years, but a portion of those proceeds must be shared with a managing company. By joining forces, the PTA and Foundation are making this happen at our school, and all of the proceeds stay here.A delicious way to contribute On the afternoon of September 12, the Old Tucker Fountain will also host an ice cream social, where a portion of ice cream sales will go to support this school fundraiser! We hope to see you there!
Hope to see you there!Â
