• Dooly State Prison trainee sneaks in meth, gets 10 years in prison (walb.com) — A man was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison after authorities say he tried to smuggle meth into Dooly State Prison in Unadilla while training to be a guard. Officials say they seized about half a kilo of meth and a pistol, and stressed that corrupt staff bringing drugs inside greatly increases danger for both inmates and the surrounding community.
