A Powder Springs Resident is a Finalist in a Nationwide Scholarship Contest!

Kapers Williams Jr, a Powder Spring resident, who will be attending the University of North Carolina - School of the Arts for the 2013-2014 school year, is a Finalist in Church Hill Classics' Frame My Future Scholarship Contest 2013. There are 24 Finalists that are competing for the five, $1000 scholarships. The 24 Finalists will be narrowed to five winners based on a popular online vote, where each will win a $1000 scholarship, and the #1 vote-getter will earn an additional school donation for his/her 2013-2014 attending college/university.
