Georgia Commerce Bank Opens Location in Peachtree Corners

ATLANTA--Georgia Commerce Bank opened its seventh location, continuing its expansion across north metro Atlanta.

 

The bank’s new location is in Peachtree Corners, the newly formed city that neighbors Norcross. Dan Baker, with 28 years of local industry experience, will lead the bank’s expansion as Senior Vice President and Market Executive.

“We are looking forward to working with the new city leaders as the bank grows into the Peachtree Corners market,” said Baker, who serves on the city’s business association board. “The companies that are based here, especially in the technology sector, make it an exciting place to do business.”

Alex Roach has been named Branch Manager for the new location. Roach has been in retail banking in metro Atlanta for the last twenty years. The new location is at 200 Scientific Dr., Peachtree Corners, Ga., 30092.

 

The bank has been steadily expanding. It recently completed a capital raise for $25 million. Georgia Commerce Bank plans to use those funds to grow the bank, both organically and with possible acquisitions.
