
At Shabbat services on March 8 at 7pm, Congregation Ner
Tamid of West Cobb, Marcia Grossfield of the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) will officially induct the Congregation into the URJ. The service will include a separate Tot Shabbat Service for the younger children.
The URJ provides many benefits for the Congregation and its members. Through programs, information and networking opportunities provided by the URJ, nearly 900 member congregations enhance their capacity to build and expand community, deepen Jewish learning, energize worship, pursue social justice and develop inspired leadership.
The service will be held in borrowed space at Christ Lutheran Church, 176 W. Sandtown Road, Marietta, at the intersection of Dallas Highway and West Sandtown Road.
