• Powder Springs Opens Its First Off-Leash Dog Park (cobbcountycourier.com) — Powder Springs has officially opened its first off-leash dog park at 3899 Brownsville Road inside Powder Springs Park, giving local pups a dedicated place to play. Funded largely by SPLOST and a conservation grant, the new area includes agility features, water fountains, wash stations, and separate spaces for large and small dogs, and is open daily from sunrise to sunset.
