Arnold Mill Elementary School Recognizes Students, Staff

Arnold Mill Elementary School recently recognized its Students of the Month for April and May.  These students were selected by their teacher for being leaders, displaying an exemplary work ethic and for being positive role models within their grade level.  The Students of the Month were featured on the announcements and will lead the Pledge of Allegiance one day a week.  The winners are: first-grader Dania Pacheco-Lopez, kindergartner Rachel Blanchard and second-grader Daniel Sahlberg; fifth-grader Sy Ngyen; fourth-grader Jamila Reeves-Miller; and third-grader Donovan Helfrick.

Arnold Mill ES recently recognized Debbie Baluch as its Staff Member of the Month for April.  Ms. Baluch is a third-grade teacher and a team leader.  She was nominated by her peers for being an excellent lead teacher, displaying exemplary work and working well with all students.  Her peers said Ms. Baluch monitors her students’ progress closely and implements research based interventions in her classroom.  She was presented with a $25 gift card from Walmart in recognition of her outstanding service.

Arnold Mill Elementary School recently recognized Patti Eisenhauer as its Staff Member of the Month for May.  Ms. Eisenhauer is a kindergarten paraprofessional.  She was nominated by her peers for being a dynamic and caring kindergarten paraprofessional, who is always willing to go the extra mile.  “She works well with her cooperating teachers and students.  She is a conscientious employee who loves her job!” Principal Kerry Martin said.  Ms. Eisenhauer was presented with a $25 gift card from BJs Wholesale Club for her outstanding service to the school.
