Kids in a Candy Store

Teaching life skills to empower rather than enable.

Special Report from Megan Gaudet:

Kids In A Candy store is owned and operated by the North Georgia Angel House Inc. You might wonder why did we venture out to this endeavor? We believe that in order to be successful, one must understand the nuts and bolts of running a business. We wanted our girls to experience lower, middle, and upper management in order to succeed in life. Our philosophy is simple. Empower rather than Enable. Having the ability to earn a salary, contribute to the economy and give back are all milestones that our girls meet. Our store is unique in many ways. Our girls are graduates of the Angel House and are applying the life skills learned while living there. Our store makes beautiful edible arrangements and also showcases other items such as, art work and greeting cards all made by our girls. We teach children how to manage a business, provide service, and how to be self sufficient. For more information about our program, please visit www.angelhousega.com. To see more of the delicious treats our candy store has to offer or place an order please visit www.kidsinacandystore.org or call 770) 479-9555 EXT 21. You can also reach us by email at megan.gaudet@kidsinacandystore.org

100% of our revenue is returned to the agency to help fund our girls!
