The Cherokee County School District has earned a State award for providing outstanding service to special needs students.

From the Cherokee County School District: CCSD has earned a State award for providing outstanding service to special needs students!

CCSD Adaptive Technology (AT) specialist Hollis Grabrovac, and Debbie Brinneman, retired AT support staff, were presented with the Georgia Department of Education’s Excellence in AT Service Delivery Award at its summer IDEAS Conference.

The award recognizes an organization, local education agency or local school for excellence in coordinating services, innovation in development and implementation and lasting impact on the students served.
