KENNESAW, GA -- A man who Cobb County police have charged in connection to the disappearance of Chase Massner is on the run, and a $1,000 reward is being offered leading to his arrest.

In post shared in a Facebook group, Massner's mother, Stephanie Ann Cadena, plead for Clement to turn himself in.

"Brad Clement, for Gods sake, STOP," the post in the Justice For Chase Massner Facebook group reads. "You spoke to me face to face and even hugged me! If you're not guilty face us and show us the truth! You love your Mother and Chase Massner loved me! But Chase is no longer here to speak, you are! Please step up and do the right thing!!"

Cadena also told WSB-TV that a "concerned citizen" has also offered a $1,000 reward to anyone who provides information leading to Clement's arrest.

Massner, a Cherokee County resident, was reported missing in March 2014 by his mother and wife. He was last seen at the Farmbrook Trail home, the Cherokee Sheriff's Office previously told Patch.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact the Cobb County Sheriff's Office at 770-499-4630.
