Sheriff’s office spokesperson Lt. Jay Baker said the suspect was allegedly “standing with no pants on” near the bus stop at Cedar Mill Crossing and Catawba Drive when the girl walked up to the bus stop around 7:45 a.m.
“The suspect then got into his car and drove out of the subdivision,” he added. “A similar incident was reported in the same area last week with a different juvenile, but investigators had very limited information at that time.”

The agency has released a composite sketch of the suspect, who is described as a white male in his late 30s or early 40s with short brownish blonde hair and short facial hair, stands about 5’8” tall and weighs around 230 pounds.
The suspect also reportedly had tattoos on his arm and a large tattoo surrounding his left eye, Baker stated. The suspect was driving an older model black Ford sedan with a long scratch on the passenger side of the vehicle. The vehicle had numerous bumper stickers on it.
Anyone with any information about this incident or anyone who recognizes the suspect is urged to call detectives at 770-928-0239.
