Chili Cook-Off To Benefit Public Safety Foundation
A Towne Lake neighborhood is teaming up with the Woodstock Public Safety Foundation to host the event, which will be held Nov. 8.

The Woodstock Public Safety Foundation and residents of Eagle Watch are gearing up for the second annual Eagle Watch Chili Cook-Off.

The event will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Woodstock Public Safety Foundation. The event will also support Serenade Heights, a transitional housing ministry that helps single mothers of Cherokee County.
The cook-off is part of the Eagle Watch’s community tailgate party, which will be held at the Main Park of the subdivision.

The event is open to the public, and will feature demonstrations by Woodstock Police and Fire departments as well as wristbands for purchase to participate in chili tasting and bounce houses.
Residents can still register to participate in the contest, which can be done by clicking here.
Prizes will be offered for first, second and third place winners in the contest as follows:
- 1st place - $300;
- 2nd place - $200; and
- 3rd place - $100.
