Condo Units Damaged in Fire
The fire started around 5:23 a.m. Tuesday on Cousins Road, which sits off Arnold Mill Road east of downtown Woodstock.

Three condo units in Woodstock were damaged in an early Tuesday morning fire.

Crews with Woodstock Fire and Rescue and Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services were dispatched to a fire around 5:23 a.m. May 12 on Cousins Road, which sits off Arnold Mill Road east of the central business district.
Firefighters were able to make an “aggressive interior attack” in an effort to put out the blaze, Woodstock police said in a press release.

Three units suffered various levels of damage, ranging from smoke to fire. Woodstock police spokesperson Sgt. Randy Milligan added three families were also affected by the fire.
The cause and origin of the fire remains under investigation.
