Author Neil White will sign copies and read from his memoir, In The Sanctuary Of Outcasts. Following conviction for bank fraud, White spent a year in minimum-security prison in Carville, LA, which also housed the last leper colony in mainland America. His memoir reflects on the group of lepers living alongside the prisoners, a group of social outcasts among the inmate drug dealers, mobsters and killers. White's book is the FoxTalk Book Club pick for July.
