This event is hosted by the Woodstock Police Foundation and all proceeds go to the foundation's programs including a police and firefighters emergency fund, the annual Shop With A Cop program, Woodstock Police Explorers and the Police Auxiliary Unit. The event is sponsored in part by Colby Chiropractic Clinic. Consumers participate in the event by tasting various chili recipes for a fee.
