Missing Woodstock Man Found Dead

WOODSTOCK, GA — The body of a man who was reported missing late last week by his family has been located.

Woodstock police spokesperson Brittany Duncan said 82-year-old Kenneth Boland's body was found Monday, Oct. 17 near Olde Rope Mill Park.

"No foul play is suspected," Duncan told Patch.

Duncan said the grim discovery was made late Monday morning and the family has been notified.

Boland's family reported him missing Thursday afternoon. Family members told police they last saw him walking from his home in the Brookshire subdivision.
