New Chef To Join Woodstock's Century House Tavern
Daniel Porubiansky, executive chef at Bacchanalia, will become the new chef at the restaurant in downtown Woodstock.

A new face will join one of downtown Woodstock's most popular restaurants.
Daniel Porubiansky, the executive chef at Bacchanalia, is slated to join the staff at Century House Tavern as its new executive chef, according to Atlanta Magazine.
Porubinsky, who lives in Towne Lake, has been working with Atlanta-area restaurants for 20 years, the magazine states. He will officially start at the restaurant, located in the old Hubbard house, in May.

He told the magazine he has plans to consider making some changes to Century House's menu.
"We proudly welcome Chef Daniel Porubiansky here in May," Century House wrote on its Facebook page. "This is huge for Woodstock Downtown and we could not be more thrilled to have him on board as our executive chef and partner."
