
Woodstock, GA (August 10, 2021) – Next Step Ministries, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Toni Stickler as Director of Programing to the staff. Ms. Stickler brings a wealth of special needs experience to the Christian based organization who’s mission is to serve the daily needs of the profoundly developmentally delayed adult population by providing valuable interactive and therapeutic programs for families who live in Cherokee, Cobb, and Fulton counties.
In her early career, Ms. Stickler held the position of Assistant Manager for an after-school program working with children diagnosed with profound physical and cognitive challenges as well as autism. Prior to relocating back to Atlanta from New Hampshire, she worked closely with the Project Search program while serving in her role as a Supported Employment Program Manager assisting individuals in finding and attaining meaningful employment.
Ms. Strickland’s vision directly aligns with the mission of Next Step. She states, "My goal is for our clients to form meaningful relationships in our community and ensure that each individual arrives and leaves with a smile daily. A large part in my role as Program Director is to ensure that everyone is excited to come to Next Step whether they are a client, family member, or employee and to create an environment that enables our clients to be the best versions of themselves.”
