Deputies were dispatched to a home off Southland Drive in unincorporated Woodstock. The victim told the deputies he heard a gunshot in front of his home. When he went outside to investigate, he discovered the back window of his vehicle had been shattered and damage to the siding of his home, said sheriff’s office spokesperson Lt. Jay Baker.

The man, who also found an empty shot gun shell in the roadway in front of his home, was able to provide detectives with information on possible suspects, Baker stated.

Detectives eventually located the suspects at a home in Roswell. After searching the premises, detectives located a 12-gauge shotgun at the home “believed to be the one used in the incident,” Baker said.

Both Hollison and McBride have been charged with terroristic threats and acts, criminal damage to property in the second degree and discharging a firearm near a road.

Both suspects remain in custody at the Cherokee Adult Detention Center with a $17,525 bond.

Baker added the victim and suspects were acquainted, and investigators believe the incident was drug related.
