Police Night Raises $500 For Public Safety Foundation
The event was held Tuesday at McDonald's on Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- Tuesday's Police Night at McDonald’s in Towne Lake raised hundreds of dollars for the Woodstock Public Safety Foundation.
On Sept. 27, the fast food outpost at 2105 Towne Lake Parkway hosted the initiative where 20 percent of the proceeds would be donated to the foundation.
Woodstock Public Safety Foundation President Scott O'Meara said the event was not only a fundraiser for the organization, "but also an opportunity for the community to come out and eat dinner with their local police officers."
