Police Seek To Identify Highway 92 Burglary Suspect
Woodstock police say nine businesses were burglarized between Sunday, July 23 and Monday, July 24.
WOODSTOCK, GA -- Investigators with the Woodstock Police Department are asking residents to help them identify a man accused of burglarizing several businesses along the Highway 92 corridor.
The string of burglaries occurred between Sunday, July 23 and Monday, July 24. A total of nine establishments -- five occurring early Sunday morning and four reported early Monday morning -- were targeted by the same suspect, the police department said Tuesday.
The suspect is able to gain access to each business by parking behind their buildings and entering through a front glass door using a hammer. He also took an undisclosed amount of cash from cash drawers at some locations.

The suspect is known to drive a late 1990’s to early 2000’s white Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck with an extended cab and a metal toolbox in the back. The suspect is described as a white male, has a medium build and is between 5'10'' and 6'2'' tall. His age is unknown.
Since the investigation is ongoing and "to ensure future safety and security," Woodstock police say it will not release the names and addresses of businesses that were targeted.
