Project Valentine Delivers Bundles of Love To Special Needs Residents

Woodstock, GA -- The Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency is in the midst of collecting items for its annual Project Valentine initiative.

Residents can drop off an array of items at the agency’s offices in Woodstock through Feb. 8. These items include chapstick, lotion, sticky notes, pens, markers, word searches, any art or music activities, candy (sugar free and regular) and any holiday related items.

These items will be made into goody bags and delivered to the Cherokee Training Center, Eagle Point and Next Step Ministries, all of which provide services to residents with developmental disabilities.
