• Observed employee food items stored with customer food and in customer food prep areas. Employees may not eat at food prep stations and must store personal food separately from customer food.
• Interior of microwave heavily soiled with food product buildup. Clean microwave and maintain in clean state. Knife box has encrusted food and must be cleaned and sanitized.
• Observed raw chicken in pan on vegetable prep sink. Chicken relocated to meat sink on request. Produce sink may not be used for storage or preparation of raw meat.
