Rotary Club Of Towne Lake To Host Inaugural Designer Purse Bingo

Money raised supports Never Alone, Turnaround Ministries, Ferst Readers of Cherokee County, Goshen Valley Boys Ranch and Bascomb Elementary.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- The Towne Lake Rotary Foundation will host a fundraising event – a first of its kind in the area – March 22 at His Hands Church, 550 Molly Lane in Woodstock.

Designer Purse Bingo is popular in the northeast and historically yields a great turnout, providing much-needed funds for charitable purposes.

"Each fall, we host a golf tournament that people have a great time at, but we also wanted to think
outside the box for a new spring fundraiser," Andrew Mulvihill, president of the Rotary Club of Towne Lake and owner of Autossey Automotive in Woodstock, said in a release. "Our board has gone through great lengths to prepare for this event, including securing a state Bingo permit, which included background checks and interviews by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. This event can accommodate 300-400 people, so we hope you join us for a fun Friday night out raising money for our community."
