Some Bunny Special Easter Basket Drive Underway

The Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency is collecting Easter baskets for less fortunate children.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- The Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency is in the midst of collecting Easter baskets for its Some Bunny Special initiative.

The program collects baskets that will be delivered to less fortunate children throughout the county. The initiative runs through April 7, and organizers hope to reach 300 children.

All baskets must be pre-filled with Easter-related items such as candy, stuffed animals, toys, etc. Donations may be dropped off at CRPA's Recreation Center at 7545 Main Street Building 200 in Woodstock.
