Walmart Armed Robbery Suspect Remains At Large

The Woodstock Police Department continues to seek clues and leads in an effort to solve last month’s armed robbery at Walmart.

The incident occurred Nov. 6 at the big box retailer located at 12182 Highway 92.
Around 5:30 a.m., a man posing as a contractor entered the store and after a extended period of time inside the facility, the ”suspect approached a Walmart employee where he brandished a hand gun and demanded that the employee give him money secured within an office,” Woodstock police previously said.

The employee complied with his demands, and the suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a white male about 30 years old, between 5’8’’ and 5’11’’ in height and weighs between 160 and 180 pounds.
At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a camouflage shirt, brown hat and tan pants.
