Woodstock To Host 9/11 Day of Remembrance Ceremony

The annual event will take place at 7 p.m. Friday at the Park at City Center.

Residents in and around Woodstock are invited to join the city and the Woodstock Jaycees to pay tribute to the citizens who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

Woodstock’s 2015 9/11 Day of Remembrance ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11 at the Park at City Center.

The city’s event will also honor the service men and women who continue to fight for American freedom. A limited supply of Sept. 11 remembrance lapel pins will be given out during the event.
