The Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau on Wednesday announced the 25 winners of its IronKids Triathlon registration giveaway.

“As the largest youth triathlon in the U.S., IronKids brings in families from around the Southeast to spend the night in Alpharetta which contributes tremendously to the economic impact of our city,” said Janet Rodgers, president and CEO of the Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau. “We enjoy having all of the athletes in Alpharetta and everyone at the Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau wishes them all good luck.”

IronKids Alpharetta, which is the largest youth triathlon in the U.S., will return on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015, at Wills Park.
The competition will include three divisions: Junior, ages 6 to 8; Intermediate, ages 9 to 11 and Senior, ages 12 to 15.
All triathletes will receive a commemorative medal upon crossing the finish line and the top three athletes within each age category will be awarded a placement trophy.
