• Evacuation orders lifted for Olowalu Village after brush fire 95% contained (kitv.com) — Pukalani residents relying on the Mayor Hannibal Tavares Community Center power station should know it closed Sunday night after Upcountry electricity was restored, but Maui County is opening a new temporary service site in town to support those hit by PSPS shutoffs. Meanwhile, Olowalu Village evacuation orders are lifted as the nearby brush fire reaches 95% containment. 
• Power restored to nearly 10K West Maui customers (khon2.com) — Pukalani residents briefly lost electricity Sunday when Hawaiian Electric’s safety shutoff program cut power due to low humidity and strong winds, but service was restored by 4:30 p.m. that day. Nearly all West Maui storm-related outages are now fixed, and officials urge anyone in Pukalani still without power to report it and watch for potential utility impersonation scams.
