Friends of McHenry County College Foundation to Host 2013 MCC Golf Invitational

The McHenry County College Golf Invitational will take place on June 7 at Turnberry Country Club to benefit MCC student scholarships.

The McHenry County College Golf Invitational will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013 at the Turnberry Country Club in the Village of Lakewood.  Crystal Lake Bank & Trust and Robbins Schwartz have pledged their support as Premier Event Sponsors and join over 30 prominent local businesses in supporting the Golf Invitational.

All proceeds raised from this premier event help to further the Foundation’s
mission to provide financial support to MCC students, making education
accessible and attainable through student scholarships.

“We do not want anyone to have to choose between going to college and making ends meet,” said MCC President Vicky Smith, Ed.D. “The Friends of McHenry County College Foundation has a central belief—to make education accessible and
attainable by providing financial support to those who need us most. We stand
by our students, and with the help of like-minded organizations, foster their
potential each day.”
