According to a report, the woman was arrested on June 2 after violating a no trespass rule issued on May 11, police said.

LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — A woman was arrested Sunday on accusations of violating a no trespass warning after reportedly entering a restricted area at Lake in the Hills Airport for a second time in the last month. According to Kane County Connects, the Lake in the Hills Police Department reported a 55-year-old white female was issued a no trespass warning after getting inside a restricted airport area May 11 before she reportedly tried to stop a plane while a pilot was operating it. On June 2, a pilot contacted police after the same woman was seen loitering inside her car on airport property, the news report said, according to police. The woman was arrested and charged with the felony offense of entering a restricted area at an airport.
According to airport officials, airport staff will soon change the gate code, and tenants should look for the new code with upcoming invoices, Kane County Connects reported. The news report added that officials said details of the two incidents have been shared with the Transportation Security Administration, and tenants are asked to use caution when giving out the gate code.
