• Man Convicted Of Murder In 2022 Fatal Shooting (patch.com) — A man has been convicted of first-degree murder in the 2022 fatal shooting of Robbie Dickerson at an Antioch apartment, following a five-day Lake County trial. Jurors rejected his self-defense claim after hearing from more than 30 witnesses and extensive forensic experts. He now faces at least 45 years in prison, while a co-defendant awaits sentencing on an armed robbery charge.
