Bevy Of DWI Arrests Include Aggravated Count: Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Every person arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

ARRESTS

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

Galya P. Lazarova, 29, of the 2200 block of Birch Lane, Rolling Meadows, is accused of driving with a revoked/suspended license, and was arrested at 12:14 a.m. Aug. 14 in the 2200 block of Birch Lane. She was released on bond and given a court date of Sept. 21.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

• Azim Sairbek Uulu, 29, of the 800 block of W Junior Terrace, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:26 a.m. Aug. 14 a Palatine and Rand roads. They were released on bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 25.
• Hanna Pryvaltsava, 31, of the 3100 block of Boyle Terrace, River Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:07 p.m. Aug. 16 at Milbrook Lane and Golf Road. She was released on bond and given a court date of Sept. 2.
• Ammie M. Keller, 45, of the 1800 block of W Palm Drive, Mount Prospect, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, at 11:29 p.m. Aug. 17 in the 1300 block if W Algonquin Road. She was released on bond and given a court date of Sept. 2.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Ricardo D. Olivo, 48, of Arlington Heights, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 6:14 p.m. Aug. 15. His court date was set for Sept. 1.
• Duran Pedro F. Arenas, 23, of Arlington Heights, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 1:01 a.m. Aug. 17. He was assigned a court date of Sept. 21.

AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Jose A. Mendoza, 32, of the 0-100 block of Elk Grove Village, is accused aggravated driving under the influence (third offense or more), driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 1:24 a.m. Aug. 15 in the 0-100 block of Arlington Heights Road. He was assigned a court date of Sept. 14.

NONCONSENSUAL DISSEMINATION OF SEXUAL IMAGE

Kevin Wier, 29, of the 700 block of W Algonquin Road, Des Plaines, is accused of the nonconsensual dissemination of a sexual image, and was arrested at 11 a.m. Aug. 18 in the 700 block of W Algonquin Road. He was assigned a court date of Sept. 11.

BATTERY

Jeremiah Zajler, 19, of the 300 block of W Golf Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 9:35 p.m. Aug. 20 in the 0-100 block of E Golf Road. He was reeased on bond and given a court date of Sept. 1.
