Drivers Busted For Suspended Licenses; DUI Arrests Made: Blotter

A number of drivers are accused of driving on suspended/revoked licenses; several DUI arrests were made: Arlington Heights Blotter.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Every person arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

  • Buenaventura Navarrete, 38, of the 35000 block of N Nelson Drive, Round Lake, is accused of driving on a suspended/revoked license for a second offense, driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Aug. 7 at N Wilke and W Ventura roads. Navarrete was given a court date of Aug. 24.
  • Aide Ramirez-Garcia, 24, of the 600 block of Beau Court, Des Plaines, is accused of driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 11:34 p.m. Aug. 8 at Meijer and Algonquin roads. They were released on bond and given a court date of Sept. 2.
  • Daniel Arreguin, 24, of the 0-100 block of AE Dundee Quarter, Palatine, is accused of driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 10:28 p.m. Aug. 10 at Algonquin and Goebbert roads. He was released on bond and given a court date of Aug. 25.
  • Cristhian E. Rodriguez, 26, of the 2700 block of Arbor Drive, Rolling Meadows, is accused of driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 5:02 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 1700 block of E Euclid Avenue. They were released on bond and given a court date of Sept. 22.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

  • Glen G. Dismang, 27, of the 1400 block of N Pulaski Street, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:27 a.m. Aug. 8 at E Davis and S Bristol Lanes. He was released on bond and given a Sept. 2 court date.
  • Mary K. Manley, 26, of the 400 block of E Seegers Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:19 a.m. Aug. 9 at Seegers and Tonne roads. She was released on bond and given a court date of Sept. 8.

RETAIL THEFT

Jonya C. Vivetter, 18, of the 6500 block of S Morgan Street, Chicago, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Aug. 11 in the 200 block of E Sigwalt Street. They were released on bond and given a court date of Sept. 11.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE/PERMIT

Kevin Miller, 21, of the 600 block of Thames Drive, Schaumburg, is accused of driving with no driver's license/permit, and was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 1800 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was bonded out and given a court date of Sept. 25.
