On May 17, DePauw held a virtual recognition ceremony to celebrate the achievements of the Graduating Class of 2020. The ceremony can be viewed in its entirety on the University website and on DePauw University's YouTube channel.

Local students make dean's list at Belmont University

The following students achieved the Dean's List at Belmont University for the Spring 2020 semester. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours (exclusive of audit and pass/fail courses this semester) and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C (inclusive of audit, pass/fail courses and zero-credit courses).

Area students graduate from University of the Cumberlands

University of the Cumberlands has conferred degrees to the Class of 2020.

Local graduates include:

• Naveena Bollimuntha, of Arlington Heights, who received their Master of Science degree in Information Systems Security
• Dheeraj Kumar Kandukuri, of Arlington Heights, who received their Master of Science degree in Information Systems Security
• Rahul Bheemanathi, of Arlington Heights, who received their Master of Science degree in Information Technology

Hepko earns dean's list at Ball State University

Olivia Hepko, of Arlington Heights, made the dean's list for the spring semester. She is majoring in physical educaton/health education.

Santillan makes dean's list at University of Kansas

Rebecca Santillan, of Arlington Heights, was named to the dean's list as a freshman. She is a double major in Spanish and Business with a 3.85 GPA. Santillan graduated from Prospect High School.
