- Timothy J. Akers, 28, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 11:24 p.m. Oct. 16, in the 200 block of E. Oakton Street. Bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 17.
- Nicholas Lee Lindquist, 25, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over .08, and was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Oct. 20, at W. Euclid Avenue and N. Wilke Road. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
- Harshit N. Patel, 33, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked driver's license, and was arrested at 1:59 a.m. Oct. 17, at Taco Bell, 2410 E. Rand Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and Patel was assigned a court date of Nov. 17.
SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Jorge R. Argueta, 44, is accused of driving with a suspended/revoked driver's license, and was arrested at 7:09 p.m. Oct. 20, in the 900 block of Wellington Avenue. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 2.
- Raul Godinez, 43, is accused of driving with a suspended/revoked driver's license (second offense), and was arrested at 7:11 p.m. Oct. 19, in the 1400 block of N. Arlington Heights Road. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 16.
- Monica Soto, 31, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, and was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Oct. 15, in the 0-100 block of W. Algonquin Road. Her bond was set at $2,500 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 8.
- Nicholas Stafford, 30, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, and was arrested at 11:52 p.m. Oct. 20, at Weber Drive and W. Algonquin Road. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 23.

- Ricardo Diaz Feliciano, 31, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Oct. 15, at S. Salem and S. Kaspar avenues. Bond was set at $2,500 ad he was assigned a court date of Nov. 10.
- Abiram Katragadda, 22, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 2:59 a.m. Oct. 20, at a BP Station, 2200 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and Katragadda was assigned a court date of Nov. 3.
- Jathnil R. Tangkilisan, 37, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Oct. 22, at Rand Road and Chestnut Avenue. Bond was set at $2,500 and Tangkilisan was assigned a court date of Nov. 23.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Charles Kerr, 53, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested at 8:51 p.m. Oct. 20 in the 1400 block of Belmont Avenue. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 12.
BATTERY
Olga Labazova, 38, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested at 5:09 p.m. Oct. 15, in the 1800 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Her bond was set at $2,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 15.
VIOLATION OF A BAIL BOND
Emilia Ewa Lipinksa, 25, is accused of having a warrant for a violation of a bail bond, and was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 17, in the 200 block of E. Sigwalt Street. Her bond was set at $10,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 8.
POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
- Antonio Martinez, 29, is accused of unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, and was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Oct. 22, at E. Central and S. Arlington Heights roads. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 18.
- McKenna H. Traharne, 19, is accused of possession of cannabis over 10 grams to 100 grams, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, and was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 21, at Palatine and Arlington Heights roads.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY
Mitchel A. Nowak, 49, is accused of criminal trespass to property, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Oct. 19, in the 0-100 block of N. Beverly Lane. His bond was set at $100 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 17.
SELLING LIQUOR TO UNDERAGE PERSON
Robin A. Thompson, 58, is accused of selling liquor to a person under 21 years of age, and was cited at 12:07 p.m. Oct. 21, in the 2900 block of W. Euclid Avenue. Thompson was assigned a court date of Nov. 9.
BURGLARY/THEFT
- Jeremiah F. Zajler, 20, is accused of burglary to a building in the 0-100 block of W. Golf Road, theft from a building at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library (500 N. Dunton Ave.), and was arrested at 4 p.m Oct. 15. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 26.
- Rafael Zamorano-Rodriguez, 30, is accused of burglary, and was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 16, at ABC Plumbing and Heating, 216 W. Campus Drive. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 15.
