Police said the man, who had a Russian accent, said to the girl, "I found you cute, do you want to go somewhere?"

Arthur T. Bernolak, 45, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 3:55 p.m. May 3, in the 500 block of E. Seegers Road. Bond was set at $25,000.

- Michael M. Cochrane, 65, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 6:21 p.m. April 30, in the 500 block of N. Dunton Avenue. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of May 18 was assigned.
- Anthony Domino, 31, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol, operation of a vehicle with a revoked registration, no valid license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 3:12 a.m. May 4, at Rand and Arlington Heights roads. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of June 12 was assigned.
- Justin B. Lowe, 35, is accused of driving under the influence, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 2 a.m. May 5, at S. Arlington Heights Road and E. Fairview Street. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of June 2 was assigned.
RETAIL THEFT
- Sanda E. Costea, 38, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 10:11 p.m. May 2, at Target, 1700 E. Rand Road. A court date of May 25 was assigned.
- Jose Munoz, 35, is accused of retail theft, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 4:14 p.m. May 4, at Walgreens, 1000 E. Northwest Highway. A court date of June 22 was assigned.
- Andres Alex Villamarin-Chambo, 31, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 2:36 p.m. April 30, at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road. A court date of May 25 was assigned.
ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF A CHILD
- Kathryn A. Couto, 27, is accused of endangering the life of a child, and was arrested at 8:15 a.m. May 2, in the 1600 block of Partridge Lane. A court date of May 25 was assigned.
- Corey M. Dolecki, 34, is accused of endangering the life of a child, and was arrested at 8:15 a.m. May 2, in the 1600 block of Partridge Lane. A court date of May 25 was assigned.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
- Robert A. Hoeltzer, 58, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 1 p.m. April 28, at Grill 12, 1350 E. Rand Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 2 was assigned.
- Josef J. Stumpfoll, 35, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 8:52 p.m. April 30, in the 1500 block of S. Belmont Avenue. Bond was set at $45,000 and a court date of May 26 was assigned.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
Andrew McMaster, 34, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 1:45 a.m. May 2, in the 900 block of W. Alleghany Drive. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of May 23 was assigned.

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A juvenile female was walking in the area of Ridge Avenue and Happfield Road at 2:20 p.m. April 24, when a subject driving a white 4-door Hyundai approached her and said, “I found you cute, do you want to go somewhere?” The female denied the offer and the subject drove away. The subject was described as a white male, approximately 40 years old, wearing a black hat and glasses, unshaven, and spoke with a Russian accent.
THEFT
A citizen reported that between 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. April 25, she placed her Apple iPhone 11 Pr Max on a table at First Presbyterian Church, 302 N. Dunton Ave. When she went to retrieve it, the phone was gone. The phone was valued at approximately $900.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee at Goodwill, 900 W. Algonquin Road, called police at 5:45 p.m. April 26, to report someone stole approximately $60 worth of clothing. The subject was described as a white male, wearing a black Wounder Warrior hoodie, with the hood over his head. The subject left in a black Chrysler.
STOLEN AUTO
A citizen reported that between April 19 and April 27, someone stole his red 2022 Honda motorcycle from a parking lot in the 1400 block of E. Central Road.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS OR ACCESSORIES
A citizen reported that between April 26 and April 27, someone stole the four wheels off her 2022 Toyota in the 1600 block of E. Central Road. The approximate value of the wheels was $2,000.
