SCHAUMBURG, IL — More details were released Thursday by the FBI regarding an armed bank robbery last week in Schaumburg. The U.S. Bank branch at 60 S. Meacham was robbed on March 6.

The robbery happened at around 1:23 p.m, according to the FBI. A man, described as white or Hispanic, made a verbal demand for funds with a black handgun. He was wearing a dark tan or brown pull-over style hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, a black gaiter style facial covering over the lower half of his face, no gloves, blue jeans, and black gym shoes with white accents and soles, and a gray backpack.
