Man Gets Fine For Threatening To Pull 'A Henry Pratt' At Job

He said, "I will pull a Henry Pratt. It's gonna be Pratt. Once I drag (expletive) up and down these floors, y'all will know I'm serious."

AURORA, IL -- An Aurora man has been sentenced to a fine, community service, and 12 months of court supervision after he threatened to "pull a Henry Pratt" at his job less than a month after the mass shooting. Duane A. Moss, 54, of the 200 block of South Rosedale Avenue, has also been banned from coming to his former job site in the 2300 block of West Galena.

A coworker reported that on March 12, Moss said, "I will pull a Henry Pratt. It’s gonna be Pratt. Once I drag [expletive] up and down these floors, y’all will know I’m serious.” The coworker alerted police, who took Moss into custody.

Authorities say Moss was fined $500 and must perform 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to the misdemeanor disorderly charge. He must also undergo counseling for anger management.
