Authorities Investigating Death at Barrington Home
Police were called to a home in the 500 block of North Avenue Tuesday.

Few details are being released this morning surrounding a death investigation under way at a home in a quiet Barrington neighborhood, according to media reports.
Police were on scene at the home in the 500-block of North Avenue Tuesday night, ABC7 Chicago reports. Authorities were seen entering the home with two stretchers and one neighbor told ABC7 she saw a lady coming out of the home “looking real sad” and “hugging a cop.”
A husband and wife live at the home with their adult daughter who may have special needs, according to report.
The Cook County Major Case Assistance Team is assisting local police with the investigation, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Barrington Police are expected to release more details today.
